Dave Perolis's journey took him from his home in Ohio into the Air Force. He spent his final six months of service at Luke Air Force Base and never looked back. After being discharged, Dave was planning on attending college when a friend mentioned insurance. Dave and his family moved into the parsonage of their church, doing maintenance and working with the church's youth while he finished his training. Upon completion, the same friend gave him a job working for an insurance agency. Several years later, Dave left his job as President of Briseno, Perolis and Glenn Insurance Agency Inc., a property and casualty firm, to join Jim at The Argus Group.

"I enjoy the challenge of putting together the right benefits package for a business and showing clients how they can add value and retain employees by providing quality, affordable programs. I guess I just like helping people," Dave says.
